| Computer Cases & Cables will accept returns for exchange or refund if the return is requested within 30 days of the date received and either |
| 1) The merchandise is defective |
| OR |
| 2) The mechandise is still UNOPENED, in its original factory packaging.

For orders with multiple shipments, the return period is 30 days from the date each item is received. |
Shipping costs are non-refundable. |
Defective product returns are only eligible for replacement; defective returns for credit or for other items must get special approval. |
If these conditions are not met, a 10% restocking fee may be applied,
or the return request may be denied. |
